The goal of this five-day intensive course is for you to learn how to use and optimize, implement and configure, support and maintain Project Server for your organization. You will gain the skills to use the tool effectively to manage enterprise projects and portfolios. You will learn how to configure Project Server to meet your organization's specific needs.

Bonus Exercise - PM on a Boat
PM on a Boat is a bonus exercise offers exciting and effective team building and offsite events utilizing boat sailing as the main component. Team members will be actively involved in steering, trimming sail, maneuvering and working as a team to sail a boat. This training is summer only and boat and instructor availability. Sometimes this activity is taking place in another format - racing. Students and instructor work together to race with Sequoia Yacht Club. After the race students can grab a hamburger at the Club House and join the BBQ mixer, a great way to end a day!
