At EPM Solutions, we value all our customers and we know that continuous support is essential. That is why our technical support team is fully dedicated to ensuring that all of our customers receive timely responses to their questions and problems. Whether you are an EPMS current customer or not, we have support services designed for you.

The EPM Solutions Support team provides local and remote administration, user support, as well as system maintenance, enhancement, and back up support.

Annual Support and Maintenance Plan

EPMS Annual Support and Maintenance Support Plan is designed for EPM Solutions’ consulting and hosting clients. The benefits of the Annual Support and Maintenance Plan include:

Telephone support from 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern time, for up to 40 incidents per year.

The ability to designate up to two individuals within your organization to serve as EPMS Support Contacts. Each support contact will be provided with a unique User ID and Password for EPMS Support Site with 24x7 access.

Access to EPMS support site has a FAQ section where we store answers we provided to our previous and current customers.

Data back up on a weekly basis for business continuity

Free software upgrades (applies to company’ purchases software from EPM Solutions only).

Online training and education components

EPMS Advisory Services

Advisory Services is a remotely or onsite delivered, daily fee based consultative support option that provides a more comprehensive result beyond your critical-fix product maintenance needs. EPMS Advisory Service is typically used for shorter engagements, and is designed for companies which do not require the full deployment consulting services. Our EPMS Advisory Service is also used to help companies get back on track from failed deployment and to free them from dreaded frustration.

Training Advantage Support

Training Advantage Support is a discounted support service, a benefit for participating in EPM Solutions’ public trainings. This Support provides assistance for problems with specific symptoms encountered while using Project Server, or conducting configuration of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Solution. This Support is delivered in 30-minute increments.

Training Advantage Support

Training Advantage Support is a discounted break and fix support service, a benefit for participating in EPM Solutions’ public and private trainings. This Support provides assistance for problems with specific symptoms encountered while using or implementing Project Server, Portfolio Server and SharePoint. This Support is delivered in 30-minute increments.

Support Package

Support Package offers hourly basis support service to any company needs assistance. This Support package is 10 hours minimal and is delivered in 30-minute increments. All unused support hours are refundable.
