Hosting Terms

Initial Term: The initial term of this Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue for 3 months. |

Renewal Term: Hosting service will be automatically renewed for successive 1 month unless client provides thirty (30) days written notice of service termination. |

Pricing is based upon a 3-month commitment, prepaid quarterly. |
